Guest Wi-Fi Terms of Use

These terms apply to the free guest Wi-Fi at Sushi Sake Naples, operated by RC Hospitality Group Inc. (“Sushi Sake Naples,” “we,” “us”). By tapping Connect or using the network, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the network.
1. The service
Our Wi-Fi is a free courtesy for guests while at the restaurant. We may limit, change, suspend, or end it at any time, set time or data limits, and block certain sites or services. We don’t guarantee that it will be available, fast, uninterrupted, or compatible with your device.
2. Signing in
To connect, you provide a valid email address and mobile number. You confirm the information is accurate and belongs to you.
Emails: by connecting, you agree to receive marketing emails from Sushi Sake Naples, such as news, specials, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.
Texts: marketing texts are separate. We send them only if you check the text box, and they are covered by our SMS Terms. Agreeing to texts is not required to use our Wi-Fi.
3. Acceptable use
While using our network, you agree not to:
- break any law or help anyone else do so;
- download, share, or stream material in violation of copyright or other rights;
- access, or try to access, other people’s devices, accounts, data, or our network equipment;
- send spam or spread viruses or other harmful software;
- harass, threaten, or defraud anyone;
- view or share content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a family restaurant;
- use excessive bandwidth in a way that slows the network for other guests;
- resell or share access with people outside the restaurant, or interfere with the network’s operation.
4. Security
This is a public network and is not secure. Information you send may be visible to others. Use it at your own risk, use secure (HTTPS) sites, and avoid banking or other sensitive activity. We are not responsible for lost data, viruses, or unauthorized access to your device.
5. Monitoring and enforcement
We and our Wi-Fi provider may monitor network activity to keep the network running, secure, and in line with these terms. We may disconnect or block any device at any time, and may cooperate with law enforcement when required.
6. Minors
Guests under 18 should use the network only with a parent or guardian’s permission. Children under 13 should not submit personal information; a parent or guardian may sign in instead.
7. No warranties
The Wi-Fi is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sushi Sake Naples and its owners, staff, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the network.
9. Your responsibility
You agree to hold Sushi Sake Naples harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the network or violation of these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Using the network after an update means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida.
