These terms apply to the Sushi Sake Naples Text Offers program, run by RC Hospitality Group Inc..

1. Joining

By checking the box “Text me a free appetizer for my next visit” and tapping Connect, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Sushi Sake Naples at the mobile number you provided. These include a free appetizer coupon and future offers, specials, and event updates. Consent is not a condition of using our Wi-Fi or of any purchase.

2. Free appetizer coupon

• Sent by text after you join, for use on a future visit.
• One coupon per mobile number.
• Limit one per table per visit.
• Valid on: [eligible appetizers].
• Dine-in only.
• Expires 30 days after it is sent. No cash value. Cannot be combined with other offers.
• We may change or end this offer at any time.

3. How often

Message frequency varies, up to [number] messages per month.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

5. How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL. You will receive one text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further marketing texts after that. To join again, sign up again on our Wi-Fi page [or text a keyword to the program number, if offered].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission. If you change or give up your number, reply STOP from it first.

See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Florida law, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Collier County, Florida.
